30-day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be deemed non-returnable. Additionally, any returned item more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable.

We accept returns via post. In-store or kiosk returns are not permitted.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size,

Refunds
